1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Livingstone Solution platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Livingstone Solution provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analysis tools that measure how AI search engines perceive and surface your brand. The Service includes visibility scoring, diagnostic reports, and competitive intelligence features depending on your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to manipulate AI search engine results
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis methodology
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond your plan limits
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Livingstone Solution. Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for internal business use.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides observational data about AI engine behavior. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or placement in AI search results. Visibility scores reflect measurement, not manipulation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Livingstone Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
